Each print is made just for you by a trusted third-party production partner, who handles printing, fulfillment, and shipping. Because every piece is custom-made, all sales are final—no exchanges or refunds. Please review your artwork selection, size, and shipping details carefully before checkout, as changes cannot be made after your order is placed.

All relevant information is also included in the print listings.

All items except posters are shipped directly from my home in Toronto. Posters are produced and shipped by a third-party printing partner.

If you order both from me and the print shop in the same transaction, your items will arrive in separate packages.

For international orders (outside Canada), you may be charged customs fees for each package based on your country’s regulations. I recommend checking with your local customs office to understand any potential additional costs. These fees are not included in your purchase and are the responsibility of the customer.

Print Purchases:

For all print purchases, you can easily track your order once shipped. Most items are shipped and delivered within 2 weeks, although international orders may take up to 4 weeks or more.

If buyer inputs incorrect shipping address that causes item to be returned to me, buyer is responsible for covering cost of shipping to be sent out again to the correct address.

Orders Shipped Personally by me:

Easily tracked once shipped. It takes me about a week to prep and ship your order, plus the delivery times. I usually ship on Fridays.

All sales from both my Personal Shop and Print On Demand are final.

As an artist, I do not provide refunds for artwork purchases.

If your order is lost or damaged during transit and was shipped from me personally, I will replace it if you email me within 48 hours of receiving your package and provide pictures of the damage.
