  • What is Print On Demand?

    POD stands for Print on Demand. All items are custom printed specifically for you. Due to the personalized nature of POD items, there are absolutely no exchanges or refunds available. These items are printed, fulfilled, and shipped by a third-party printer. Orders do not go through me personally. Please ensure you select the correct color, size, and provide the exact shipping address before checking out, as changes cannot be made once the order is placed.

  • What's included in Print on demand?

    My POD includes T-shirts, Sweatshirts, and Posters.

    Please note that all of my artworks are hand-drawn, resulting in a unique and imperfect charm. As a result, your POD items may feature subtle variations and colors that appear faded. These qualities are inherent to the hand-drawn nature of the artwork and contribute to its distinctive character.

  • What about the other items in your shop?

    Everything else, except T-shirts, Sweatshirts, and Posters, ships directly from my home in Toronto. If you place an order directly from me and a POD shop at the same time, you will receive two packages. Please note that if your order is international, outside of Canada, you may incur double custom fees based on your country's regulations. I recommend checking with your local customs office to understand any potential additional costs associated with receiving your order. These fees are not included in the purchase price on my website and are the responsibility of the customer.

  • What are your fulfilling and shipping times?

    Print on Demand (POD) Purchases

    For all POD purchases, you can easily track your order once shipped. Most items are shipped and delivered within 2 weeks, although international orders may take up to 4 weeks or more.

    If buyer inputs incorrect shipping address that causes item to be returned to me, buyer is responsible for covering cost of shipping to be sent out again to the correct address.

    Orders Shipped Personally by me:

    Easily tracked once shipped. It takes me about a week to prep and ship your order, plus the delivery times. I usually ship on Fridays.

  • What is your refund policy?

    All sales from both my Personal Shop and POD are final.

    As an artist, I do not provide refunds for artwork purchases.

    If your order is lost or damaged during transit and was shipped from me personally, I will replace it if you email me within 48 hours of receiving your package and provide pictures of the damage.

  • Can I use your existing artwork for personal or branding purposes?

    If you'd like to get a tattoo of one of my drawings, you can purchase an Ink Pass. For collaborations, licensing, or branding projects, please reach out for my rates.

  • Are you open to commissions?

    I'd love to discuss a commission for a personal drawing with you. Before reaching out, please ensure that you have a clear idea and that it aligns with the vision, style, intention of my artwork, and that you’re willing to invest in an original, hand-drawn artwork.
